I attended a Workshop in January (Letting In The Light) at Rainbows with Yvonne and thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.

Festivals and Feast Days are a series of one-day workshops that are run at Rainbows in Beverley throughout the year to celebrate the seasons and the turning of the wheel of the year.

These self-help/personal development workshops can also help you to grow and develop throughout the year using the best of what the season brings, and help you learn what you need to do to move forward in your chosen direction.

Best taken as a whole set, these workshops can also be attended individually according to your needs at the time. Each is different depending on the season and the feast day being celebrated, but all will include: meditation, personal development exercises, written exercises, spoken exercises, laughter, fun and much more.

These workshops take place at Rainbows in Beverley on a Saturday from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, and are run approximately every two months. During the day there will be breaks mid-morning and afternoon and a break for lunch.

Included in your fee are your tuition, refreshments at break times and numerous hand-outs to take away with you as well as some small surprises! Spaces are limited for these workshops, so to join us, use the 'Contact' form to book your place early.
