Meditation Magic* groups at Rainbows give you the opportunity to practise non-religious meditation, mindfulness and relaxation on a regular basis.
If you would like to:
learn how to meditate and relax whenever you need to
lower your stress levels, blood pressure and heart rate

Designed for both beginners and people who have meditated before, Rainbows' meditation groups are the perfect antidote to today’s stressful living. These enjoyable sessions include a longer meditation each week and a shorter meditation, plus mindfulness techniques to use when you need them. There are refreshments at break-time and hand-outs as appropriate.
Groups run from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm (usually on a Tuesday evening) for five consecutive weeks. Each set will be based on a different theme that will run throughout the set.

The fee for a five-week meditation group is currently £35
for however many sessions you are able to attend.
All workshops are payable in advance by BACS or cheque,
any time up to the day before.
