Here are Rainbows I run a wide range of spiritual and personal development/self-help workshops and groups to suit you whatever your needs.
Groups are kept small and informal for a friendly feel and refreshments at break time (and hand-outs where appropriate) are all included in the fee for whichever workshop you decide to attend.
Workshops generally include non-religious meditation but don't worry if you've never done any meditation before. Meditations are always expertly guided and very easy to do.
Workshops are always fun and enjoyable and encourage self-discovery to inspire, motivate and benefit you in many different ways. And all of the workshops and groups will be suitable for you even if you've never done any personal development work before.
And you won't find the workshops we hold here at Rainbows anywhere else. That's because each one is individually written and created by me for the maximum enjoyment and benefit of all the participants.
Workshops currently available at Rainbows include, Meditation Magic, Pathways to Wisdom, Festivals and Feast Days and Positively Me! Visit the links below for more information on each of these workshops.
See the boxes on the right for details of the current workshops and then contact me soon to book your place.
