Designed for both beginners and people who have meditated before, Rainbows' meditation groups are the perfect antidote to today’s stressful living. These enjoyable sessions include a longer meditation each week and a shorter meditation, plus a meditation you can use at home . There are refreshments at break-time and hand-outs as appropriate.
