Mindfulness Group News

There is a new Zoom group planned for Wednesday evenings from 6.30 to 7.00. Details for this are now on our Blog.

Joining us on a five-week, 'Don't Panic!' mindfulness group at Rainbows will give you the opportunity to practise both mindfulness and relaxation on a regular basis and give you tips and hints for relieving stress and anxiety.

If you would like to:

  • find out more about mindfulness and how it can help you

  • learn how to use mindfulness in everyday and 'panic' situations

  • learn how to lower your stress levels, blood pressure and heart rate

  • take control of your life instead of allowing life to control you

  • connect with people in the same situation as you

then why not come along and join us?

The Don't Panic! course was specifically created for people who suffer from stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Groups/classes are run from home, in a cosy and welcoming environment and group numbers are kept small to encourage a friendly and informal feel.

The course will include meditation, discussion, information and more. There's no need for you to know anything about mindfulness or meditation before you join us, as everything is organised to make things as stress-free and easy for you as possible.

If you feel that the 'Don't Panic!' mindfulness group would benefit you, or if you have any questions about it, why not contact me and see if I can help you?

Please note: 'Don't Panic!' mindfulness groups are normally run at Rainbows in Beverley from 6.30 to 8.30 pm on a

Wednesday evening for five weeks.

The fee for Mindfulness groups is £35 for a five-week set.

This is payable by BACS the day before our first meeting.
