Joining us on a five-week, 'Don't Panic!' mindfulness group at Rainbows will give you the opportunity to practise both mindfulness and relaxation on a regular basis.

The Don't Panic! course was specifically created for people who suffer from stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Groups/classes are run from home, in a cosy and welcoming environment and group numbers are kept small to encourage a friendly and informal feel.
The course will include meditation, discussion, information and more. There's no need for you to know anything about mindfulness or meditation before you join us, as everything is organised to make things as stress-free and easy for you as possible.
