New Mindfulness Group
After many requests, I've decided to begin a new mindfulness group. Obviously I can't host it here at the moment but it will go live via Zoom for anyone wanting to join us.
It will be a five-week group as usual and you'll receive all of the information and hand-outs you'd normally receive if you came here. The only difference is that you'll be in the comfort of your own home and your hand-outs will be emailed to you. Group will be limited to half-an-hour (the same as the Tuesday Meditation Group) as this seems the best way to work at the moment.
We'll be starting on Wednesday 30 September at 6.30 until 7.00 pm with an introduction to mindfulness. Over the coming weeks, we'll look at acceptance, curiosity and compassion, being and doing modes and much more. We'll be doing guided meditations each week and I'll be giving you a short meditation to take away and use during the week too.
The fee for this will be £20 for the five-week set, which is payable by BACS the day before we start (Tuesday 29 September) please.
