News from Rainbows 1 September 2020
It looks like we're still ongoing with the no workshops from home scenario at the moment. However, there's still the Tuesday evening meditation group running if you'd like to join us.
And I'm also looking at running a five-week mindfulness group on a Wednesday evening too, if there's enough interest. This will be a five-week group with half-hour meetings from 6.30 to 7.00 on a Wednesday evening and participants will receive hand-outs by email to remind them what we've discussed during the group. Do let me know if you would like to join us and I'll get organised.
Otherwise, I've still been taking bookings for things to do as and when I can. It looks like I'll be heading off to the RSPB place up at Bempton cliffs to do some relaxation with nature. Sounds brilliant to me! And there's residential homes in both Beverley and York that are also wanting mindfulness. Should be fun! And I do hope to be fulfilling my commitment to Health Education England and finishing our mindfulness sessions there as soon as I can.
Book-wise, I'm still editing the latest one, and it will probably be another couple of weeks before I have any news for you but I'll keep you updated as soon as there's anything to report.
Meanwhile, I hope you're all enjoying the last of the summer days as we head forward into a hopefully golden autumn.
